Clipture Refund Policy

Effective July 25, 2026

The refund method depends on where you made the optional Clipture sponsorship.

Direct purchases

For a sponsorship made on the Clipture website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@talkape.net from the purchase email. Include the Stripe payment reference if available.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Mac App Store purchases

Apple processes App Store payments and refund decisions. Request an App Store refund through reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

After a refund

After a direct sponsorship is refunded, occasional sponsorship reminders may return. All core Clipture features remain available.
