Watch Clipture in use

This video shows window capture, annotations, a scrolling screenshot, and clipboard history. The controls follow the same workflow on Mac and Windows.

Capture, mark up, and save

Start with one shortcut. Clipture detects the window under the pointer, or lets you draw an area yourself.

01

Screenshots

Move the pointer over a window to select it, drag to capture an area, or choose the whole display.

  • Hold Shift to select several windows
  • Hold Option on Mac or Alt on Windows to remove padding and shadow
  • Copy, save, or pin the result

02

Annotations

Add notes before you copy or save the screenshot. The toolbar stays beside the selected area.

  • Rectangles, circles, lines, and arrows
  • Text, mosaic, and numbered notes
  • Local OCR for selecting and copying text
  • Change size and color, or undo an edit

  • Available in the direct-download Mac app and Windows app
  • Works with webpages, conversations, and documents
  • Shows progress while it captures
