Clipture Support

Quick answers for capture permissions, scrolling screenshots, clipboard history, and purchases.

Screen Recording permission

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording, enable Clipture, then quit and reopen Clipture. The permission is tied to the installed app identity, so use the copy from Applications.

Automatic scrolling

Scrolling capture uses Accessibility only to send scroll input to the selected app. Enable Clipture in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, keep the target window in front, and press Esc at any time to cancel.

Clipboard history

Clipboard history is optional and stored only on this Mac. Open Clipture Settings → Clipboard to change retention, exclude sensitive apps, or clear all saved entries.

Restore Clipture Pro

Open the menu bar icon → Clipture Pro → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. The 14-day trial is a one-time zero-price purchase and does not renew or charge automatically.
